Our Privacy Policy:

Assumption of Risk:

Products sold through this website, catalog sales or otherwise, include (but not limited to) supplements, mixed martial arts, fitness, and other sports related products. Your participation in any of these activities should be done under professional supervision and are at your own risk. You agree to consult a professional and/or a physician before attempting any high risk activity or consumption of any supplements. Make sure you read all warning labels and instructions on any products bought.

Shipping Charges:

Up to $50, add $6.30 for shipping
$51 to $100, add $9.50 for shipping
$101 to $200, add $13 for shipping
$201 to $300, add $20.95 for shipping
$301 and up, add $26 for shipping

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Most orders are shipped within 2 days but in certain instances please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery
Ohio residents add 6.5% sales tax.

NOTE: If you order gets returned for an insufficient address or an address "unknown" by the United States Post office, UPS or Fedex then we can ship your order out again at your expense.

International Orders:

Damage Wear Inc. only ships to certain international destinations through this website. We only accept U.S. funds for orders. We ship USPS International first class Shipping ONLY. If your country does not appear in the shipping box of the checkout page please do not email us asking to ship to your country because we will not due high volume of fraud. We will determine on a time basis what countries we will add and subtract to our shipping list.

Return Policy:

When making a return you must either call 1-513-774-7340 or email at americanfighter@fuse.net for a customer return authorization number.
Write the authorization number on the original packing slip and return the merchandise in it’s original packaging (or something similar) and in it’s original condition.
Label the box “Return” and ship it via any way you want. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned merchandise. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days for a full refund or exchange.
Washed and worn garments are not returnable.
By Law supplements are non returnable if opened. Refunds will be minus original shipping cost charged at the time of purchase plus a 15% restocking fee. Customer pays for the postage for the return of all un-opened supplements.
No returns will be accepted without the proper authorization number.
All merchandise returned for refund, unless deemed defective, will be less original shipping cost.

Risk Free Guarantee & Limited Warranty:

At Damage Wear Inc., we guarantee every item we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise in it’s original condition and within 15 days of receipt for a quick, simple and easy exchange, credit or refund provided the merchandise has not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Please refer to our “return policy” for further details. Please refer to our "Return Policy" for Supplements. All merchandise returned for refund, unless deemed defective, will be less original shipping cost.

Damage Wear Inc. warrants the products it sells to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the point of shipment to the customer. Damage Wear Inc.’s sole liability is limited to replacing a defected product or returning the product within 15 days of receipt of that product. Due to vendor’s requirements, books and videos cannot be refunded once the seal is broken. Damage Wear Inc.’s warranty as to books and videos is limited to exchange for the same title if the tape or book proves defective. See our return policy for more information.

Supplements:

Damage Wear Inc., is only a reseller of the supplements on this website and is not responsible for the effects of taking these products. You should be 18 years or older when purchasing and taking any kind of supplement. Consult a physician before taking any kind of supplement. All consumptions of supplements are at the sole risk of the purchaser. If you have any questions or problems with any of the supplements purchased from this website please contact the manufacturer of the supplement for further information.
