Shipping Charges:

Shipping charge is based on automatic calculation by the United States Post Office upon checkout. This is actual shipping charge plus a small handling fee for the shipping service that sends your order. International orders are based on the same calculation.

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Most orders are shipped the next business day but in certain instances please allow longer for delivery (this includes priority and express shipping options).
Ohio residents add 6.5% sales tax.

NOTE: If you order gets returned for an insufficient address or an address (unknown) by the United States Post office, UPS or Fedex then we can ship your order out again at your expense.

If Mailing in Payment:

Our policy is, if you mail in payment please make sure we receive it within 7-10 days of your order. We can not hold your order and can not guarantee stock on your item, especially limited edition and close out items, until payment is received and cleared by the our financial institution which can take up to 7 business days.

International Orders:

Damage Wear Inc. only ships to certain international destinations through this website. We only accept U.S. funds for orders. We ship USPS International first class Shipping ONLY. If your country does not appear in the shipping box of the checkout page please email us to request to be added. We will determine on a time basis what countries we will add and subtract to our shipping list.

Return Policy:

* When making a return you must either call 1-513-544-0433 or email processing@americanfighter.com for a customer return authorization number.
* Write the authorization number on the original packing slip and return the merchandise in its original packaging (or something similar) and in its original condition.
* Label the box (Return) and ship it via any way you want. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned merchandise. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days for a full refund or exchange.
* Washed and worn garments are not returnable.
* By Law supplements are non returnable if opened. Refunds will be minus original shipping cost charged at the time of purchase plus a 15% restocking fee. Customer pays for the postage for the return of all un-opened supplements.
* No returns will be accepted without the proper authorization number.
* All merchandise returned for refund, unless deemed defective, will be less original shipping cost and for the cost of the item only. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship back the item at their cost, unless item is being returned for manufacturers defect.

At Damage Wear Inc., we guarantee every item we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise in its original condition and within 15 days of receipt for a quick, simple and easy exchange, credit or refund provided the merchandise has not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. All merchandise returned for refund, unless deemed defective, will be less original shipping cost.

Damage Wear Inc. warrants the products it sells to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the point of shipment to the customer. Damage Wear Inc. sole liability is limited to replacing a defected product or returning the product within 15 days of receipt of that product. Due to vendors requirements, books and videos cannot be refunded once the seal is broken. Damage Wear Inc. warranty as to books and videos is limited to exchange for the same title if the tape or book proves defective. See our return policy for more information.
